Shipping Policy
- Order deadline: Orders placed before 2 PM will be processed the same day.
- Processing time: Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery time: Delivery time is usually 9 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping costs: Free shipping
Where do we ship?
We currently only ship within Spain.
Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have your order in our system and have started the order processing.
Order tracking
When we ship your package, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number on our tracking page to see where your package is. If you do not receive it or it does not work, please contact our customer service.
Order Process and Delivery Time
If you want to speed things up, place your order before 2 PM, that way we will start working on it the same day.
Once you have placed your order, please allow a processing period of 1 to 3 business days. If you place your order before noon, our team will start processing it the same day. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location, but on average, you can expect to receive your order within 9 to 12 business days.
Package delays
Has the delivery time expired, but your package has not arrived? Be sure to check the tracking code and allow up to 2 extra days (anything can happen: overloaded carriers, peak shopping seasons, etc.). If the package still does not arrive after the 2 extra days, please contact our support team at soporte@titanware.store.
Damaged or incomplete packages
It can happen that your order arrives damaged or incomplete. If this has happened to you, we apologize and tell you what to do:
Once the package is accepted, take photos of it. Then contact us at titanwareshoping@gmail.com, telling us your order number, the items you ordered, and explain the problem. We will make sure to quickly find a suitable solution for you.
